1) a seasoned carpenter with a minimum of 10 years experience in home construction and
remodeling and are well versed in building codes for the Maryland, Virginia and DC. You must
also have all standard carpentry tools and appropriate transportation for the job. Experience in
running small crews is a plus.
2) a carpenter's helper with a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential construction with
basic carpentry skills.
All applicants must be able to handle all physical requirements of the job and are subject to a
limited background and reference check.
